      Pros

      The overall compensation plan is good if you can sell one of the cloud products.

      Cons

      Infor has a bunch of old technology, most of which have not been moved to the cloud.

      Huge Global Company with setbacks

      Pros

      It is a huge global company that seems to have strong, loyal customers. Employees in all locations from Spain, New York, and San Francisco are very caring and genuine.

      Cons

      Their original products Infor made aren't great (Infor CRM is really bad) and I experienced dramatic changes in the outlook of the company. In 2019 we were set to possibly IPO within a couple years but towards the end of the year the company decided to do multiple rounds of layoffs which included my direct manager at the time. Then they did another round of layoffs during COVID which is somewhat understandable but still surprising considering how strong I thought Infor was in the tech space. The products they have cover a wide range of industries but all their relevant products are from acquisitions of companies. Furthermore, processes and organization are a mess.
