      Work from home is great but see Cons below

      Cons

      Work from home is bad leadership expects you to work around the clock as they will send you emails as do customers at all hours asking you to hold meetings. no work life balance. Benefits are worse than most competition. The Health plan especially. Rumor is that Koch is going to globalize the healthplan which could help infor but Infor's is the worst and covers basically nothing.
