Cons

layoffs are a way of life. offshoring jobs. It's been a great run for me at Infor. I have very little negative to share.

Flexible schedule, can work from home or remotely from time to time. Good life-work balance.

Cons

Not much space to grow. And technology wise the entire company is pretty out dated. Very questionable leadership and they don't really have a clear idea of how to lead a department.
