      Relatively normal work hours I guess?

      Cons

      There isn't a single enterprise product this company can be proud of. They're incapable of building decent products because they're shackled by terrible acquisitions and the tech/problems that came with those companies. If you have any interest in shipping product and building meaningful software look elsewhere. Zero culture. The offices are nice in the same way your dentist's office is nice.

      Big ideas. Lots of creativity. Great marketing.

      Cons

      Plethora of different products creates overwhelming challenges of execution. Product growth much faster than support growth. Lots of people but always the wrong mix of skills/product knowledge for delivery. Utilization low even though backlog is high. Focus is on utilization before customer satisfaction. Disconnect between marketing plans and execution model. Organized by function/skill rather than by product.

      Generally, my teammates were good to work with.

      Cons

      I found out that my salary was very down-scaled compared with those of other applicants, and I felt exploited because I downgraded my salary for relationship building purposes. I feel like they didn't think about the impact of what they did to my salary progress in order to have a few more money in their pocket.
