      A fantastic team of people.

      Cons

      Infor does not value its employees. Pay is ok, but you have to fight even for a cost of living increase. Bonus scheme changed in the companies favour. Contribution for home broadband cut in half and then dropped. Time spent training reduces your bonus. Generally the company will keep snipping at entitlements and you have to fight for everything. Management structure keeps changing and there's no real visibility of what is happening.
