      Pros

      This is a pretty solid place to work. Balanced work load, okay pay. While I'm no fan of Koch, their org structure and philosophy is good.

      Cons

      Exec turnover. The new CMO has zero experience in B2B and is making terrible decisions across the board. As a result, everyone in marketing is leaving and there simply aren't enough people to do the work. On top of that, there's zero structure to get the work done. It's a frustrating experience and doesn't show signs of changing.

      Can’t think of any good.

      Cons

      I was one of their top performing managers and just got a call out of the blue to say pack up and leave immediately due to restructuring. Totally understandable that layoffs happens due to current situation but you would have think they can approach it in a better and professional way instead of discarding employees as if they are criminals.
