      Full time remote available. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Management sucks, the right hand does not know what he left hand is doing. It is siloed and no one wants to help anyone else. HR is a joke - they require the blood of your first born to do a simple name change due to marriage. Company won't spend money to train, further education or allow for mentoring.

      Pros

      Being from a smaller town, the salary is exceptional for my area, and telecommuting allows me to focus more hours on my family life than in the car commuting - so my work life balance is above par. The product I work on, is extremely technically demanding -

      Cons

      Telecommuting does leave me feeling discounted from the entire organization, but weekly team meetings with all of the products I work with, and my department does allow me to feel connected to them.
