Health insurance is good and a miniscule amount is paid by employees. The leaves and holidays are also quite generous. Focus on product quality and zeal to be the industrial leader in a vertical segment of the industry.

Cons

A technology company with mix of lots of technologies and with less uniformity among products. Effort to standardize development tools moving quite slow.
