A big company with a lot of products... and a lot of acquisitions

Big software company financially stable and powerful, many products, worldwide presence

Cons

Infor acquired a lot of companies and killed a few of them. The equation is simple, the product bring some money, you are safe for a while, otherwise, they simply sack the engineering and the R&D, continue to sale the product until it goes to maintenance mode ... and then the end.

The line staff were the greatest to work with. The support desk team is top notch and knowledge base is A-1.

Cons

No clear direction from top management seem like still tring to find it nitch in the market place.

I loved the people and liked the job and management but things went downhill after the acquisition and as a year into it chaos still reigned, I left.

Cons

lack of management. Couldn't get off projects because you were deemed essential while less accomplished coworkers could roll off .
