Pros

There is usually an option to work from home. They do pay their employees on time and the benefits are decent.

Cons

The pay is horrendous. The company is in a constant state of change and I have personally had four new bosses in 2010. Employees receiving promotions without a salary increase is THE common practice.

Pros

Salary is reasonable. Lots of small, transactional deals. Good products.

Cons

Everyone is running around reacting to dramas and the latest emergency. It's inefficient and depressing. No real thought or strategy. The only thing that counts are quarterly numbers and the forecasting system is the most user-unfriendly I have ever had to work with!

Good medical benefits; more annual leave per year than other companies, but whether you have chance to take annual leave is another story, or continue to work during annual leave, or forfeit those annual leave finally.
