      Pros

      Great Pay. Great experience to put on your resume. Also, perfect place to know what corporate America is really about.

      Cons

      Do not wear out your welcome. If your not a VP or higher do not expect to go far in this company. It was not always like that.Too many changes ( that could be a pro or con for some)

      nice work environment, being able to work from a home office and good training on the job and international travelling

      Cons

      fast moving company, lots of changes, every year a new manager, good learning environment, international focus and lots of counterparts

      Pros

      Good compensation and the ability to work remotely are definately a plus. Also, good people here for the most part.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, lack of marketing support and old products. Venture Capital owned and all revenues go into buying the next company/product instead of being reinvested in the products they already own.
