My team manager and certain senior consultants.

Cons

No proper communication from the management. Local management was not competent enough. No long term thinking. Short sighted management.

Good pay, benefits are competitive, PTO is good, travel is good, no micro managment

Cons

Division staff never really know what is going on, because of too many layers of managment to go through. Little to no annual reviews It is all about numbers, numbers and targets
