      Great co-workers, terrible upper management

      Pros

      Co-workers were great, direct managers were great for work-life balance. Fun plan to work.

      Cons

      Upper management had no long term vision. Very cheap. Tried to find ways to do things the cheapest instead of trying to do them most efficiently. Layoffs every quarter, have not reinstated 401k matching

      Since Infor has acquired it is a much smaller company but Infor is prepared to grow the S3 and M3 business and seems to take care of their customers
