In order to make the commissioni--they say you must pass a certain amount of Qualified Leads--when in reality--these leads must be further qualified by the field sales team. They sometimes drop the ball--meaning your commission is really out of your hands. It is a new dept. in St. Paul & has been kind of a mess--mgmt seems to have too much on their plate. Not the opportunity I was lead to believe it would be. Average day--make at LEAST 60 calls w/ 2 hours of talk time.
