      Pros

      Many nice co-workers desiring to do a good job for their customers. Reasonably good reputation in certain industry software and services verticals.

      Cons

      Unstable work environment due to Infor acquisition causing turnover. Beware of sales managers who claim better opportunity than historically proven. Ask to speak with other reps to see if they are earning what's presented as OTE for the position.

      Pros

      Nice people, nice partners, Nice benefits. However, some sales management seem to dislike the partner model. Would rather have direct sales force. Other managers want to grow partner numbers.very difficult for employees who work with partners. Partners can see this.

      Cons

      Attitude toward partners. Does management like or dislike partners? Makes for confusion in our dealings with them. Also, where is Infor going? What do they want to be?
