      Large company with interesting products , the then leadership did not communicate

      Pros

      Large company with good benefits, profitable and decent products. Payscales were good. New leadership which I understand has made a very positive difference

      Cons

      Leadership was inexperience and did not communicate at all. There was a very high frequency of acquisitions and didn't allow leadership to focus on the business at hand.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours (within reason). Some telecommuting allowed. Overall, good team members - very positive work environment.

      Cons

      Salaries not really competitive (mine) No existing published salary brackets from HR Raise process a bit confusing - doesn't seem to be closely tied to performance review.

      Laid back casual atmosphere. BIg company with opportunity to move to different positions.Office is good. The People are cool.

      Cons

      Big company with lots of work to integrate their old products with the existing ones from the new parent company.
