      Good opportunity for growth for those with ideas and drive. Good attention to needs of partners. Good support from management team. Good recognition of business within customer and partner base. Good recognition and reward for strong performance.

      Cons

      Many different products from acquisition needed integrating. Had not identified a way to effectively compete with SAP and other suppliers.
