      Pros

      A Great product portfolio combined with a disruptive approach.

      Cons

      The merger beween infor and lawson has brought two very different cultures together where the harmonisation is led by infor with no respect to the seniority of the former lawson employees. Resulting in à lot of experienced people leaving.

      Vacation policy is great, great managers, encouragement to make your product better and explore various options to do so.

      Cons

      The big con is there's no way of knowing if this is a company you can stick with. There isn't an explanation on how to develop your career, or when your next raise is.
