      Great solution for niche markets with very competent solution consultants

      Cons

      Business Consultants and PMO needs to improve on their knowledge and skill set. The management's attention to constant profit growth sacrifices on many other aspect of the business such as proper career development of the consultants, and proper branding campaign. Since its acquisition, the future is no longer rosy nor clear.

      Lot of opportunities, good communication with employees, great international presence, invested in leadership programs

      Cons

      Wish they had invested in innovation and had a wider range of products. Spent far more money than they could afford to in my opinion
