free coffe and tea. co-workers are friendly but not satisfied with mgmt who is more concerned about themselves than making the enviroment conducive of greater output

cant actually take the time off that you accrue. its who you know instead of who your work ethic and production

Working for Infor Global is a new experience to me and the direct access to the senior management is very refreshing , the plan is clear and we need to execute it

Sizable company, big brand, multinational, lots of vacation, flexible working hours, that means working at home even on vacation leaves or sick leaves, or mid-night

Cons

Long working hours, lots of gossips, no team work, lots of dashboard review and calls, no training program for some positions. Lots of internal polistics, poor leadership of senior management.
