      -Lack of consistency in strategy and execution with quick turnover of staff and leadership team -Lack of resource (private company) to fully tap into market potential in many parts of the world outside U.S.

      Very efficient in acquiring companies and has a solid, if evolving product and corporate vision.

      Cons

      Need to understand the politics and it matters what area you are in. Although the are endless webex sessions the communications are limited and very top down. Messages are mixed regarding employees. Supposedly employes are very important bit compensation and beniifits don't reflect it.
