      Pros

      Flexible working in some departments, but working extra time usually not avoidable.

      Cons

      Too US-centred even though the European aquisition businesses very profitable. Less and less people who still know and care about the customers. Over-controlled, over-admin and over-reported, chaotic migrations

      Great for a starting Job. Good benefit/ salary & expose to current technologies.

      Cons

      - upper management out of touch - middle management appears to run around to please upper management -Too many changes which brings about lots of stress

      Cons

      Senior leadership allows under performing employees to thrive and even promotes them. Very negative attitudes and lack of cooperation is tolerated and even encouraged at leadership level. Strife between am agent at SLT level and trickles down to team members.
