      Pros

      Employee Friendly work culture. Gives importance to private lives as well. Technology wise it's upgrading itself by picking up and catching the market quickly. Employees are provided with opportunities to work in their interested areas.

      Cons

      Growth is comparatively slow. Salary raises need attention keeping inflation in the country in vision. Usage of latest Technology is not much.

      Pros

      The company is an agglomerate of smaller companies, of which management is trying to mix together ther right qualities. This compay has without a doubt a great potential specially for the number of customers they have.

      Cons

      Talking as an employee, I have the feeling gaps are left within departments and choices going towards an innovative and drastic policy, can leave some people unhappy and working within the company but against it. Changes needs to happen, can happen fast, but need to be weighted carefully.

      Cons

      Salary is comparatively less than competitors, very less increase in salary, need to negotiate good to start with, need to wait for at least 2 years to get recognized as sincere employee
