      Large company opportunities; Small company feel

      Pros

      The company is growing so rapidly that there are seemingly endless possibilities for a career path. Even though Infor is so large, it still has the feeling of being a small company. Each office globally seems very well connected. Even though a single department spans every different time zone, those within the department do their best to keep everyone connected and working together.

      Cons

      Because of the immense growth, policies and operations are constantly changing. This is not a huge issue, but take a little getting used to and a lot of patience.

      Pros

      Ever since the first day I started at Infor, the support I have received in my training, growth and work have been second to none. Infor is a great company, with great people, and a great culture. The pay and benefits are right in line with the industry. The work is challenging and exciting, and management is supportive and professional. I love working here and plan on staying for a long, long time. This is a great place for top talent to grow.

      Cons

      I have not really ran into any cons of being at Infor, I work from home, so the office is great, the work may be too challenging for some, but if you like being pushed to create great things, this is the place for you.

      Nice benefit, nice work environment.

      Cons

      cant really think of much downside. Would recommend it to anyone who is interested in software engineering.
