      Pros

      Good work environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Many interesting products are developed. Work-life balance is pretty good.

      Cons

      Growth is steady but don't expect quick promotions just because you have been with the company for a while.

      Pros

      Enabled with full support to do my job well. I get plenty of praise from managers and help when I need it.

      Cons

      A little too much travel. But I was warned upon hire. Salesmen need to sell remote time to customers to save them money and burn out of resources.

      Pros

      Has a vision but not across all solutions. All focus on ERP/FMS. My manager is great but anyone above seems to have little interest. Not enough focus on Europe, very US focused,

      Cons

      Not enough focus on Europe, very US focused, Senior management too focused on ERP/FMS and very little on the point solutions. Marketing for point solutions having to be done by non-marketing personnel. If only they would think widespread it would be much more successful. Think about Europe chaps, not just the US.
