      Pros

      Infor, at least in Manila, has good processes in terms of the software development life cycle. It has a relatively flat structure, and lots of training is provided.

      Cons

      The products aren't always the most exciting to work on, but that is to be expected from an ERP company. Otherwise, there are very few downsides to working there.

      * Very decent pay relative to some locales * Fairly diverse workforce

      Cons

      * Very rigid and old-fashioned management structure (i.e. very vertical and they make sure those hierarchies are respected). * Everything is *super* formal and process-heavy; very little room for casual interactions, improvisation and lateral thinking. * Negotiate your starting salary to the max, raises are paltry even for top performers.
