Upper management. Perhaps this is unfair, but the CEO has a very public history of poor choices. It is hard to respect a man as a leader who did the things he did to his family. The company is fragmented and disconnected. We have a ton of mismatched products, but trying to synthesize into some type of coherent and cohesive form has not been easy. As a company of acquisitions, Infor has purchased all of the great products they offer. They have not done much in the way of true innovation.

Too many people sitting back and getting paid for doing little. There is no strategy, no matter what the claims are otherwise. In sales, it's all about closing deals - there is no process that takes into account what customers want. Needs a cultural revolution - but it's more like Oracle circa late 90s than Oracle or SAP in the 21st century. Unlikely to change with current execs in place.
