      The teams are very good at their specific knowledge areas. Salary ranges are competitive and the bonus plans are very achievable.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is disconnected with the clients goals and status.

      Good starting pay, but increases aren't that big

      Bad benefits, make sure to negotiate starting salary correctly, will take a while to move up in pay

      Pros

      Large company with flexibility in schedule and work location. Decent travel opportunities. The capital of the company means that they don't have to penny-pinch you on trips or accommodations when traveling.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy for being the "world's largest startup." It feels like a regular business job just trying to be interesting and appealing. Very little opportunity for career promotions besides just putting time in and waiting for management to decide to promote someone. Very difficult to get recognized if you're not one of the top sellers, even if you are doing excellent work.
