      Engaging work with good long-term prospects

      Pros

      The people I work with at Infor are really smart and good to work with. The work is very interesting and touches on a lot of newer technologies (e.g. AWS).

      Cons

      Infor can be a little slow to update salaries for existing workers, so it's a little frustrating for longtime employees to see new hires come in at a significantly higher rate for a similar job.

      Always Changing

      Pros

      No Micro Managing. Health benefits are good. Pay is good. Mixing with other divisions and other applications is great. You can learn as much as you want about almost anything. Infor Campus has great on line classes to utilize.

      Cons

      Infor directions changes every year and is sometimes hard to figure out what is going on. Reviews are sporadic, with a cost of living raise every 3 to 4 years. Immediate Boss's are so over worked that it gets hard to get information from them to work with new customers. Focus is always billmore, but yet we have issues with applications that we have to give hours to customers for free. So you are penalized for this. If you want class room training, you have to know someone special, to get that.

      Pros

      Flexibility, Work from Home, PTO, Possibilities for Career Change, generally friendly people.

      Cons

      Benefits are not terrible, but not industry leading (PTO is great though). Not great at growing people or hiring out of college. Tends to fill management positions with cronies (former Oracle folks).
