      Its a great company to work, you will get to learn many things and the team is very supportive & managers are very good.

      Pros

      Love the option of working from home.

      Cons

      No emphasis on personal development for career growth within the company. Mainly concentrate on sales reps training. Also they keep acquiring new companies and hard to maintain knowledge of everything we sell. Alot of internal processes need to be simplified, too cumbersome and hard for new reps to understand along with trying to sell.
