      Pros

      I was lucky to end up in a super relaxed team with lovely people and a great atmosphere, but not all teams/departments are like this.

      Cons

      No impressive company benefits, such as maternity leave pay or no pay rises ( always got 2 or 3 percent in previous roles each year )
