      Huge company, not bad though

      Pros

      Pretty good benefits, very flexible work schedule, up-and-coming feel to the company, stretching technology envelope. "The largest start-up in the world."

      Cons

      Huge company made up of several acquisitions. Always in a state on integration of complex different products. Lots of red tape for everything. Company is always very tight with expenses, like a continual travel ban unless directly with a client. Makes it tough because of the distributed nature of all the teams. Low yearly merit increases.

      Great investment in product strategy, ERP, strategic products (CRM, PLM, , integration, social. Great opportunity with CRM selling into ERP customer base

      Pros

      It was a job. Some of middle management and non-management staff are intelligent people. I don't have much to add beyond that.

      Cons

      After brief, stressful stint at that organization I can definitively say this has been the low light of my career. I have never worked for a more scattered or hostile organization. The lack of integrity demonstrated by the executives blurred legal lines. As prior reviews mention, this organization is way out of its depth. Its saving grace is that it was somehow acquired by Infor and the ill-advised actions of the old management can be mitigated by much more capable new management.
