      Not much, except working hours could increase depending on situations which is everywhere. Didn’t find much here

      Many Growth opportunities . Love the Learning working with colleagues.

      Cons

      Nothing much but could suggest if they could teach different technologies to candidates like in TCS , Infosys and Wipro other IT firms , It would really boost candidates knowledge and management will also have handy candidates who have multiple skill sets.

      The people. There are some really good middle management at the company.

      Cons

      Infor promises the ability to be successful but in the end inhibits your ability to make objectives. Unfortunately the company is run by former Oracle execs so it is not a good company for sales reps.
