      Mgmt promises customers and other areas of company things about new product that were just not true ... And yrs away from truth. Too much travel. No raises. No options. Low 401k match ...after none for years. No r spect for personal time - calls, emails at all hours of night and weekends with expectation of response, weekend trips regularly, cancelled vacation occassionally. Changing sales strategy annually so always starting over. Changing midlevel mgmt always. Avg to weak sales teams
