Pros

Flexible work schedules and location (ability to work from home). Company keeps up with technology. It is also large enough to move around within the company.

Cons

Benefit could be better...401k matching. No yearly bonuses for typical employees. Yearly raises are very hard to come by.

Pros

Exposure to different projects and people are very supportive. Most are experienced and managers are top-notch. Work-life balance is perfect. Work is very challenging and you will be pushed to learn. This is the best company I've ever worked so far overall.

Cons

As most are tenured, new employees are subject of bullying. Seniors should uplift the morale of new hires instead of insulting and discriminating them.
