      Factory working conditions.. at times. Could be a lot better!

      Great group of consultants and developers. Good benefits and pay. Solid software packages with an attempt for synergy amongst them.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between teams, and upper management. Little sense of direction. Cutting costs in the wrong areas.
