      cant really think of much downside. Would recommend it to anyone who is interested in software engineering.

      Pros

      Charles is a great visionary and can turn around companies, pretty quick. Hook & Loop is doing a great Job. Lot of people knowledgeable in their domain work here.

      Cons

      No team work. Old boys gang type team mentality. New comers are tossed without any orientation nor guidance. Managers keep changing every few months so you have start from scratch building your rapport. Lot of Talk... Very Less Delivery. Cross Product Synchronization to achieve bigger goals is not easy in this company as they all pull in different directions. We, INFOR, mentality is lacking. It is, me xxxxx (product name) mentality only exists.
