      Fulfilling remote work with an awesome hard-working team and supportive supervisor.

      Cons

      Any chance of receiving salary increases has been eliminated for those at the bottom of the food chain. Have to leave the company to increase salary, yet new high-level executives are getting hired often. No budget for professional development but the new culture says they want to support employee growth. No incentives beyond "you have a job in these challenging times." Too much contradiction in what's communicated vs. what really happens to keep loyal employees long-term.

      If you need a company to start your career with, this is the one.

      Cons

      Not competitive salaries, every project is resource constrained, raises and promotions are terrible. Benefits packages are lackluster at best.
