      Pros

      Easy place to work as demands were relatively low.

      Cons

      Unclear direction from leadership. Generally low morale amongst employees. Difficult to get work done as goals/objectives were not communicated effectively.

      Cons

      You are a digit and replaceable in Marketing. Reorganization every 6 months, which means you could be next to go. Company is making money but they will still cut head count especially in Marketing, a cost center, to make the books look good before the shareholders. Then rehire again. It’s a musical chair.

      Working from home is always a plus.

      Cons

      Little to no training except from Sr. Colleagues or by simply handling Incidents on a day to day basis. Even then there are thousands of different issues you'll encounter and have no knowledge of.
