      Cons

      The company pays its employees very little, which leads to a lot of people quitting. To get around this, the HR department is forced to post fake job ads in Spain and other European countries. This is done so the company can get government benefits and make money by collecting people's personal data. Almost all of the job ads we posted were fake, and when people came in for interviews, we didn't actually assess their qualifications. Instead, we just made up reasons to reject them and hire cheap employee's family members from third world countries
