      Worked with some great people that are respectful and share the same level of quality.

      Cons

      Consistently eliminating significant positions and high-performing employees, while expecting better product quality and more hoops to jump through, leaving the remaining employees burned out and others not caring about quality. Multi-country teams caused inefficiencies, due to 10+ hour time zone difference that only allowed a small window for communication.

      Serious about Project Management

      Pros

      You will find that Infor has Project Management integrated into it's DNA with almost every project assigned a PM. Their PMO offers great support, and their methodology will not seem foreign to anyone that has a PMP or is familiar with the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This equates to a healthy culture that is focused on serving the customer and making them successful.

      Cons

      Infor has many products, which makes it difficult to be a PM that understands the underlying software for all projects. You could be managing an ERP one day, and an integration project the next. This can cause the customer to see the PM more as an administrator. Not to fret, Infor is great at supplying online training for those that would like to dig in and learn.
