Unfortunately, things started to go downhill after the acquisition by the Koch conglomerate. Over time, the environment changed significantly. Broad and aggressive budget cuts were implemented, with cost-saving becoming the priority in every area - often at the expense of employees. Salary indexation was halted, and internal communication began to feel increasingly disconnected from reality. While the company promotes its corporate values ​​around people and culture, some local branches tell a very different story. In certain cases, HR — under pressure from management — has reportedly pushed long-serving employees to sign agreements enabling their termination without fair severance, raising serious concerns about transparency and ethical treatment.
