Decent Benefits, Lousy Pay, Frequent Layoffs
Pros
the unlimited time off model is excellent, assuming you have a good manager willing to approve your time off. the insurance benefits are not great but decent. a majority of the teams have the option to work from home full time.
Cons
Compared to similar tech giants, they pay is DRASTICALLY lower and lacking, and they really don't care if it loses them good people. As with many corporations, you're nothing but a number and abrupt layoffs happen frequently. Even though it's a huge corporation, they dont give much consideration to placing you elsewhere in the company. One day, several dozen people had been let go, and immediately after there was an all-hands meeting congratulating all of upper leadership who had just gotten promoted... super tacky
