Pros
As my first software engineer position, I think I've received plenty of help and support from the team and leadership for all problems I've dealt with. My manager and VP are very kind and understanding of sudden life events and are also very respectful to diversity. Benefits are good, too.
Cons
The pay is a bit lower than the competition, but the reliability of my job and room to learn and grow makes up for that for me.
