Company discount. Nothing else to add.

Cons

No growth opportunities for non Spanish speakers. Obstacles made in every possible way for any growth. I was told that because no Spanish and no fashion degree, no other work I could do than overnights despite me having other degree and certifications. Resigned on spot and never returned.
