Pros

Collaborative, curious, innovative culture. Really kind people. Atmosphere that embraces learning and nerdiness as business assets!

Cons

Culture of mistrust between employees and leadership was complex, especially in regards to our status with funders/investors.

Great benefits, strong mission, promising growth, smart people

Cons

The constant shifts in focus that once occurred were rough. The advice to management has always been to focus on a few things and build from there, as we cannot address every piece of climate change and every shortcoming in agriculture at once. Fortunately, they listened to that advice. Unfortunately, for many of those who gave that advice, they were laid off as Indigo stopped focusing on their portion of the business.
