The new leadership team is strong, transparent, and are good partners for each other as well as individual contributors. This is a company where you will have a seat at the table if you like to work hard and self start. Folks are universally mission driven and best yet it’s becoming clear that a tech first strategy will let us realize our promise of setting farmers up for success. We are becoming more customer centric by the day and we are learning from our past mistakes at record speed.
