- competitive salary - great health insurance coverage - I met some lifelong friends here!

Cons

- upper management constantly changed direction - middle management received little to no support or training - competitive engineering culture - no mentorship or support for newcomers

I absolutely loved working at Indigo. - My team was made up of brilliant and kind people. - I got to learn something new every day. - The salary was great - Benefits were not terrible

Cons

Leadership really messed up with financials, resulting in multiple rounds of mass layoffs. I was sadly affected by one of these.
