      Pros

      Pays well . They pay more than other Agriculture companies. Still a start up company so there is potential for growth.

      Cons

      Things are always changing so I felt like I never knew what was going on. They make big cuts every year to 6 months. No job is safe. My co-workers and I went above and beyond every expectation and still had our whole position cut.

      Women and minorities are still underrepresented in leadership positions, Minorities don’t get a fair chance to get promotion. The promotion rate for minority is much lower than that of white employees in the same pay grade. HR has not been transparent on equal pay for equal job. Minorities still fall short of the pay of their white colleagues.
