Business Outlook
Pros
The mission of the company is something most people can get behind. Lots of things to learn at Indigo as well. Can be a good place to work generally.
Cons
Management was in a tailspin. Most of the C-suite changed during my time there or shortly thereafter. Senior management seems more focused on protecting turf than genuinely partnering to affect change. Strategic priorities seemed to shift frequently, causing much confusion and overwork in the trenches.
